DAY 1. ICN APT – Samsung Innovation Museum - Everland Theme Park
Arrival at Incheon Int’l Airport, Greeted by local English speaking Guide from KIMS.
You’ll be driven to Everland Theme Park, one of the most popular places for families, friends and couples in Seoul that houses over 40 thrilling rides. Join other tourists who start Unique SIC program on wednesday. Enjoy a magical and adventure-filled day at Everland Theme Park.
DAY 2. Petite France - Nami Island
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, your guide will take you to Petite France. The Korean TV series “My Love from the Star” starring Kim Soo-Hyun and Jun Ji-Hyun filmed in this very charming French town. It was also a filming location of Korean dramas Secret Garden, Beethoven Virus, and variety program Running Men.
Petite France, which consists of 16 French-style buildings, serves as both a French cultural village as well as a youth training facility. The village contains a memorial hall dedicated to celebrated French novelist Antoine de Saint-Exupery,. It also has a gallery displaying sculptures and paintings of 'le coq gaulois' (the Gallic rooster), which is the national symbol of France.
Before going to Nami Island, stop for lunch at Kiwa-house Tofu located near Nami Island is popular restaurant served Tofu Table D’Hote. Tofu is a widely-enjoyed food made from soybeans.
We then continue to famous for its beautiful tree-lined roads, Namiseom Island is a wonderful getaway if you want to relax and see lush greenery. The island was formed as a result of the construction of the Cheongpyeong Dam and is just an hour away from the suburbs of Seoul.
After lunch, follow your knowledgable guide as you check out locations where the main characters of Winter Sonata shared the screen and won the hearts of their fans. You’ll stroll along tree-lined paths where the main couple, Yu-jin and Jun-sang, had some of their most memorable moments. Check out Winter Sonata shots reproduced on poster-size signs throughout Nami Island at locations where the scenes were filmed. Snap photos with the statue of the star-crossed lovers in the center of the island – a fun souvenir!
Depending on the season, you’ll experience different aspects of the island. In the summer, visitors can enjoy boating around the island. If you visit in the fall you’ll be treated the leaves changing colors. Winter brings snowy landscapes, some of which were used as a backdrop to Yu-jin and Jun-sang’s love story, including their first kiss.
Next, your guide will bring you to the Myeongdong shopping district, most famous shopping district in Korea, followed by Lotte DFS.
After your tour, you’ll be transported to your centrally located hotel, where you can spend your evening at leisure and make your own dinner plans with recommendations by your guide.
DAY 3. Unhyeongung Palace - DDP(Dongdaemun Design Plaza) - Ginseng Center - Amethyst Factory - Lunch in Gwangjang Market - Garosugil - Cheongdamdong Galleria Department Store - Dinner at Gourmet 494 - Kaboom show
Meet your guide after breakfast at your hotel for your full-day tour, starting with a visit to Unhyeongung Palace, once home to Emperor Gojong, the 26th king of the Joseon Dynasty (1392 – 1910). Enter through the front gate and past servants’ quarters, and you can see where a royal wedding ceremony was held. Visit the women’s and men’s quarters, called Norakdang and Noandang and the Exhibition Hall, which displays a small collection of cultural artifacts such as writing tools, traditional wedding garments and a scale model of Unhyeongung.
We then move to Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) which is a blend of traditional buildings, relics and cutting-edge modern multicultural facilities. Near we will navigate the thousands of shops in the immense Dongdaemun district with help from your guide.
Afterwards, we will visit Ginseng Center. Ginseng is a medicinal herb that has long been used in maintaining physical vitality throughout the far-eastern countries including Korea and China. For your information, Korean Ginseng is the best of its efficacy.
Next stop, Gwangjang Market, which is famous for its abundance of street food. Bindaetteok, bibimbap and hotteok are the market's specialties. You will have them for lunch(by own expense)
After lunch, Visit Grosugil, a popular, upscale street in Seoul. Adorned with ginkgo trees, Garosu-gil stretches less than a kilometer in Sinsa-dong, but is still considered a main area within the greater Gangnam area. The array of open studios, ateliers, cafés, restaurants, bars, fashion shops, and prop shops blend together for a chic cityscape.
Your next stop is Galleria Department Store, known as the most popular luxury-brand fashion mall in Seoul. Located in the wealthy district of Apgujeong-dong, the Galleria Department Store plays a leading role in todays fashion industry, as it offers a wide variety of high-class brands.
After shopping, have dinner at Gourmet 494, The food court at the Galleria department store. (by own expense) Gourmet 494 calls itself a "grocerant" (combining the words "grocery" and "restaurant"), meaning they offer the best in restaurant and street food dining as well as grocery shopping, all under one roof.
The final stop on your route is Kaboom show. Kaboom is a magnificent show of acive performance teams in Korea. This show is full of energetic performances such as poppin' dancing, black light, LED and laser shows, magic show and etc. Your day tour ends with drop-off at your hotel, where you’re free to enjoy the rest of your time.
DAY 4. Seoul - ICN APT
After breakfast at your hotel, spend your morning at leisure until checkout time, when you’ll be transferred to Incheon International Airport for your departure.
