- Exclusive check-in area / function room
- Any convention Hall settings with microphone for briefing
- Welcome Drinks at hotel
- Welcome Greeting by Key Hotel Manager and briefing on hotel facilities
3) Bus
- Welcome Placard on the bus
- Cold Towels and Cold Drinks shall be prepared in the bus
4) Theme Parties
- Karaoke Dinner : A Chinese Restaurant Service Chinese Meals (6 dishes + 1 soup). After Dinner, Karaoke Party shall be continued with good sound system.
- Korea Life Experience Night : Buffet Dinner at a good private restaurant and demonstration for traditional Korean Wedding, Tea Ceremony and Korean Calligraphy
