Tuesday June 14/ Thursday June 16 : 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
To begin the tour, our first short stop is the Blue House. The signature markings of the Presidential Residence of Cheong Wa Dae are its blue tiles, which is the first thing guests will notice upon entering its premises. Approximately 150,000 tiles compose the roof alone.
Next, we'll visit the Changdeokgung Palace, the most well preserved of the five remaining Joseon palaces. It served as a principal palace for many Joseon kings and was the second royal villa built after the Gyeongbokgung Palace in 1405. The grounds are comprised of a public palace area, a royal family residence building, and the rear garden.
We'll make a stop at Jogyesa Temple before heading to Insadong Shopping District. The shopping district is where you will see every example of traditional Korean fine art from paintings to sculptures.
After the visit to Insadong, we'll stop at the Traditional Village, Cheonggyecheon Stream Park, and Myeongdong Fashion District before heading back to your hotel.
